‘Magic of Haibun’ was a part of a section from my Senior Capstone thesis which meditated on the reality of the impermanence of love. Through my collection of haibun poems, impermanence is explored using this poetic form as a sensitivity to the ephemeral and how it allows us to contain this sensitivity.
